Yes, each product series comes with a standard load capacity chart. For customized or large projects, we can provide FEA reports and structural calculations prepared by our in-house engineers.

All products are packed in knock-down form, wrapped with PE film, and secured in export-grade cartons or steel pallets. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If any parts are missing or damaged, please provide photos or a list within 7 days of delivery. We will send replacement parts free of charge.

Yes, we can provide pre-production samples. Samples are free for existing models, but the buyer needs to pay for shipping. The shipping cost will be refunded against the first bulk order.
